Classes

We welcome you to our group classes whether it’s been court ordered, Probation & Parole ordered, or voluntary.

Anger Management Classes

$25.00 per class

  • 10-week standardized anger management course
  • Monthly reports are sent to your probation/parole officer, attorney, and/or any other party you request
  • Once completed, you may return to the class for free as long as you do not get court ordered to the class again

Men’s Group: Wednesdays 6:00pm
Women’s Group: Tuesdays 1:00pm

Batterers Intervention/Intimate Partner Violence Program

$25.00 per class

  • 27-week standardized batterers intervention/intimate partner violence program/course
  • Monthly reports are sent to your probation/parole officer, attorney, and/or any other party you request
  • Once completed, you may return to the class for free as long as you do not get court ordered to the class again

Men’s Group: Wednesdays at 6:00pm
Women’s Group: Tuesdays at 1:00pm

We concentrate on results.

  • TCCT’s recidivism rate for those completing this program is less than 50% (the national average)
  • Skill building in all areas of client’s life regarding relationships, communication, parenting
  • Provides increased safety for victims utilizing a Coordinated Community Response model
  • Provides increased accountability for offenders who may consider re-offending
  • Provides resources and referrals for offenders AND victims for drug/alcohol abuse, victim support and safety, professional counseling, job search/employment
  • Provides a safe place for offenders to participate openly and honestly in order to assist them in changing long-term beliefs about intimate partner violence
  • Program supervisor is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years experience in counseling all demographics
  • At least one facilitator in each group is trained in the internationally-recognized Deluth Model for working with domestic violence offenders http://www.theduluthmodel.org
  • Monthly reports sent to the referring agency to update client’s progress
  • Victim’s are contacted to report on client’s progress
  • Victim’s information and conversations are held completely confidential from perpetrator
